CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be requested within 6 hours from the purchase.

DISPATCH TIME

We will usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

After receiving an item, our customers can cancel their purchase within 14 working days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

My Lovely Crafts will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been delivered back.
